About Our Plants
Our nursery specializes in premium-grade specimens grown with generations of horticultural knowledge. Each Japanese Maple is carefully pruned for optimal structure, while our Magnolias are selected for their exceptional fragrance and bloom quality. Unlike big-box stores, we ship plants at their ideal transplanting stage.
Our patented root protection system uses moisture-retentive wrapping combined with season-specific packaging—thermal insulation for winter shipments, breathable materials for summer. Fragile specimens receive additional structural support with biodegradable packing materials.
Absolutely! Every shipment includes detailed care instructions, and our Pennsylvania-based team can provide personalized guidance via email. For specialized cases (like Eucalyptus in cold climates), we recommend contacting [email protected] before ordering.
Ordering & Account
While we’re currently developing this feature, many customers save items by emailing themselves links from our product pages. Landscape designers often use our “Save for Later” cart feature to plan seasonal installations.
Due to complex agricultural import restrictions and extended transit times that could compromise plant health, we’ve made the difficult decision to exclude Asia and certain remote regions. We continually review our shipping capabilities and hope to expand service areas in the future.
Shipping & Delivery
Our Standard Shipping via DHL/FedEx offers temperature-controlled options when needed—ideal for heat-sensitive plants like Japanese Maples in summer or Magnolias during frost seasons. The faster transit time (10-15 days) also reduces stress on plants.
EMS provides economical shipping for budget-conscious gardeners by consolidating shipments. While perfectly safe for hardy plants like groundcovers, we recommend Standard Shipping for rare specimens. The 15-25 day timeframe accounts for this consolidation process.
Yes! Standard Shipping includes real-time tracking updates. For EMS shipments, you’ll receive a tracking number upon dispatch. All tracking information appears in your account dashboard and via email notifications.
Payments & Pricing
We’ve selected payment processors (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) that align with our international shipping capabilities while keeping costs low for our customers. This allows us to offer competitive plant pricing and our $50+ free shipping option.
For international orders (excluding prohibited regions), all applicable duties are calculated at checkout. We never surprise customers with unexpected fees—what you see at payment is what you’ll owe.
Returns & Guarantee
Our 15-day guarantee covers any shipping-related issues. Simply email photos to [email protected] with your order number. We’ll promptly send replacements (priority shipped for living plants) or issue refunds—your choice.
While we can’t accept returns of planted specimens due to agricultural regulations, our horticulture team will work tirelessly to help revive struggling plants. Many “failures” are salvageable with proper care—email us for customized advice.
Pro Tip: When ordering mature trees like Eucalyptus or rare Japanese Maples, consider adding our “Root Revival Kit” ($9.95) at checkout. This nutrient-packed solution helps plants recover from transit stress.
Have questions not answered here? Our plant-loving team responds to emails at [email protected] within 24 hours (except Sundays—we’re busy tending the nursery!).
