Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Order Processing: 1-2 business days
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping) – $12.95
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping) for orders over $50
We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Our Garden-Friendly Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of our premium trees and plants with our Growing Satisfaction Guarantee. Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Important Note About Live Plants
Due to their perishable nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from what was ordered:

How to Cultivate a Return or Exchange

Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact (where applicable). For non-plant items, please include all original documentation and accessories.
